Complete Computer Care have a No-Fix-No-Fee policy meaning, that if the c.c.c. engineer is not able to resolve the problem,then no charge is made to the customer.

If the c.c.c. engineer is able to resolve the problem,but is only prevented from doing so by the customer requesting the engineer not to proceed with the work, then the customer is charged for the engineer's time. read more

Complete Computer Care has a standard labour rate of £30.00 per hour, subject to a minimum charging period of one hour.
