NO-FIX-NO-FEE

Complete Computer Care have a No-Fix-No-Fee policy meaning, that if the c.c.c. engineer is not able to resolve the problem,then no charge is made to the customer.If the c.c.c. engineer is able to resolve the problem,but is only prevented from doing so by the customer requesting the engineer not to proceed with the work, then the customer is charged for the engineer's time .

If the c.c.c. engineer is able to resolve the problem,but is only prevented from doing so because the customer does not possess the required software CD-Rom,Product Key or serial code then the customer is charged for the engineer's time .

  
 

If the c.c.c. engineer provides a exact diagnosis of a failed component and the customer decides not to go ahead with the replacement of the component, then the customer is charged for the engineer's time.

The policy does notapply to virus or spyware problems or an act of god(e.g.lightning strike).


Complete Computer's standard labour rate is £30.00 per hour, subject to a minimum charging period of one hour.In a case of No-Fix-No-Fee there will be nothing to pay at all, if your are in the Exeter area otherwise travelling expenses will be charged rates stated on the coverage page
